I focus on both short & long term goals to develop individualized programs for my clients. Hi my name is Audi i believe exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and truly enjoys helping people. I am confident that an inner athlete lives inside everyone, and it’s my job to motivate clients to unlock their physical potential. I incorporate functional training in our workouts, making sure that each workout helps clients improve physical performance outside the gym. I strive to make each workout a challenging learning experience, ensuring clients know how to properly perform exercises along with the ensuing benefits.
Hi my name is Zach, I’ve been exercising through playing basketball since I was 8 years old. I got into fitness ever since I started playing basketball. I started doing other activities such as weight lifting in 9th grade. I love helping in general but, Helping people in a fitness manner brings me “Whole” other gratitude. I’ve been a trainer at Evol for 3 months now, I love what I do and have a passion for it. Im looking forward to not just my growth with Evol Fitness but also with my current/future clients!
