We are motivators and educators who wholeheartedly offer their service to you.  Each of us are dedicated to providing a fun, detailed class which is guaranteed to be a unique and challenging experience every time.  Our instructors will guide you through class with safety in mind and the knowledge that everybody is different, providing modifications to increase or decrease the intensity allowing an exhilarating and custom workout for each student, every time.

Kettlebells are all bells, no whistles. Resembling a mini bowling ball with a handle, kettlebells are great for cardio, strength, and flexibility training

Beginner Level
a program encouraging older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health. It sponsors activities and social events designed to keep seniors healthy while encouraging social interaction.

Kangoo Jump

Beginner Level
Running and jogging: Kangoo Jumps were originally developed to reduce the impact stress on joggers' joints. They are advertised as being suitable for the avid jogger, serious runner, or casual health-conscious exerciser.

Spin

Intermediate Level
A spin class is a high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine with a heavy, weighted flywheel that is linked to the pedals.

Zumba

Beginner Level
an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Yoga

Beginner Level
a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
